Wild Orchid Marina is a tranquil residential complex developed for “snowbirds” looking for their own slice of heaven in Belize.

The place combines a tropical destination and a luxury property that offers modern conveniences and facilities. Two custom built options are available: Marina Villas and Marina Homes. The modern design of both Villas and Homes interprets the Caribbean lifestyle and landscape.

The design team has thoughtfully anticipated the needs for residing in Belize and what it offers as a life choice. Marina Villas feature exclusive private infinity pools and rooftop terraces, while the luxury Marina Homes feature lush gardens landscaped with indigenous plants, floor-to-ceiling windows and lagoon or marina views. Each residence features an infinity pool surrounded by spacious terraces and seating areas. Lush tropical gardens add a finishing touch to this luxurious haven.

Stone House in Anavissos by Whitebox Architects

Stone House in Anavissos was completed by Whitebox Architects and is located in Athens, Greece.

The home’s interior is both rustic and elegant, with stone walls and rich wood surfaces.

“The concept was the creation of a residence for a family of four - the parents with two children - and the possibility of having a guest room with relative autonomy -separate bathroom. The basic demands were: the view of the sea from all four bedrooms, an office space on the ground floor for the professional needs of the couple but mostly of the mother who wanted to work and supervise the ground floor where the children would play. Another request for the design was the economy in energy consumption of the house and the possibility of enjoying the outdoor spaces throughout the year, for dining, swimming, games.

Theplotis located in Lakka, looking over the gulf of Anavissos. Undergrowth, rocky terrain with a gentle slope to the bay located southeast of the plot and strong northerly and easterly winds -localthermal effects, are the main features of the inhospitable natural environment.
